Refund Policy – Snap Society
At Snap Society, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, due to the collectible, surprise blind-box nature of our products, and to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and product integrity, we have a strict no-refund policy once a product has been opened, used, or tampered with in any way.
Return Eligibility
All returned items must meet the following conditions:
- Unopened and sealed in their original packaging
- In brand-new, unused condition
- Returned within 4 days of receiving the order
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Opened blind boxes or capsules
- Products that show any signs of use or handling
- Items not in their original packaging
- Change of mind or receiving duplicate characters
Important Note
This policy is in place to protect all customers and collectors, and to preserve the authenticity and excitement of the blind-box experience. Since items are randomly packed by the manufacturer, we cannot guarantee or exchange specific characters once opened.
